and defeat. While natural talent plays a great role in an athlete's ability to perform,
proper speed technique and training can greatly improve performance. The elite athlete knows to take advantage of
this knowledge and uses it to set him/herself apart from the others.

SPEED TRAINING for
ATHLETES
sessions focus on improving the athlete's speed and stamina to excel in
their specific sport. Just as a quarterback needs a throwing coach or a baseball player
needs a batting coach; all athletes need a speed coach to improve their game.
